How The Insoles Work
 
They incorporate a precisely positioned metatarsal bar that redistributes pressure away from the affected nerve beneath the forefoot.
 
Firm arch support and a deep heel cup stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation), reducing the forces contributing to forefoot pressure.

Understanding Morton's Neuroma
 
Morton’s neuroma is a common cause of burning forefoot pain and nerve irritation, most commonly between the third and fourth toes.
 
Symptoms include burning pain beneath the ball of the foot, tingling or numbness in the toes, and the sensation of walking on a pebble or folded sock.
 
Symptoms are aggravated by prolonged walking, narrow footwear, and increased forefoot pressure.
 
Excessive inward foot rolling (overpronation) increases pressure through the forefoot and contributes to ongoing nerve compression and irritation.
