These insoles for Achilles Tendonitis are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm and accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation - a key factor in Achilles strain.
An integrated heel lift reduces tension on the tendon, providing pain relief while supporting recovery.
This restores natural foot mechanics, reduces stress on the Achilles tendon, and helps prevent recurrence.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT ACHILLES TENDONITIS
Achilles Tendonitis is inflammation of the tendon connecting the calf muscles to the heel bone.
It is commonly caused by overuse, particularly in runners and active individuals, and can lead to pain, stiffness, and tenderness at the back of the ankle.
Firm arch-support insoles with a heel lift are a standard intervention to reduce strain on the Achilles, relieve pain, and support recovery and prevention.
