HOW THE INSOLES WORK
The insoles feature firm, contoured arch support and a deep heel cup to stabilise the foot and control overpronation, reducing strain on the Achilles tendon.
The supplied adhesive heel lift raises the heel slightly to further reduce tendon stretch and tension at heel strike.
Together, the arch support and heel lift reduce load on the Achilles tendon, relieving painful strain and supporting recovery.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will not provide the same level of support or control.
