Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar Fasciitis is easily the most common and frustratingly painful of all the conditions of the lower limb but it is also the easiest to fix (if you know what you're doing). Spoiler: it does NOT involve cushioning.

What causes it?

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by overpronation (the flattening of the foot during gait). This causes excessive stretching of the Plantar Fascia, the thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes.
