How The Insoles Work
 
They feature a firm, anatomically contoured arch and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
 
This improves foot alignment and reduces strain on the Achilles tendon by limiting excessive stretching during movement.
 
They are supplied with an adhesive heel lift that further reduces tendon tension by slightly raising the heel and reducing pull through the back of the leg.
 
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

Understanding Achilles Tendonitis
 
Achilles tendonitis is an overuse injury caused by repeated stress on the Achilles tendon, commonly seen in active individuals and runners.
 
It causes pain, stiffness, and tenderness at the back of the heel or lower calf, often worse in the morning or after activity.
 
Excessive inward foot rolling (overpronation) increases stress on the Achilles tendon by altering lower limb alignment and increasing mechanical load.
 
Firm arch-support insoles with a heel lift are a standard clinical intervention to reduce strain on the tendon.
