These arch support insoles are part of our clinical range and are used widely in UK podiatry clinics.
How They Work
They have a firm, accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that support the arch, stabilise the foot, and control overpronation.
This restores normal foot mechanics, easing pain and reducing strain on your feet, ankles, knees, and hips.
It will immediately improve stability and mobility.
Fit & Durability
The insoles are individually sized and designed to fit a wide range of footwear.
They are machine washable and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Understanding Arch Support
When the arch is not properly supported, it can collapse under load, allowing the foot to roll inward excessively (overpronation).
This disrupts normal gait mechanics and increases strain throughout the lower limb, contributing to conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints and Hallux Limitus (big toe joint pain).
It can also cause knee and back strain, general fatigue, instability, and discomfort in the legs and feet.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard clinical intervention to restore natural foot biomechanics.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
Clinical Pedigree
