These insoles for Genu Valgum (knock knees) are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm and accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot, control overpronation and realign the knees.
This restores natural lower-limb mechanics, reducing pain and strain on the knees, hips, and lower back.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT GENU VALGUM
Knock knees occur when the knees angle inward and touch when standing or walking.
This puts extra stress on the outer knee and disrupts natural lower-limb mechanics.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to improve knee alignment, ease strain and restore healthier movement.
