The Salfordinsole features a firm precisely contoured arch and deep heel cup that stabilise the foot, control overpronation, and realign the knees.
 
This reduces strain on the knees, hips, and lower back, and improves stability and mobility.

The insoles are individually sized and designed to fit a wide range of footwear.
 
They are machine washable and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
 
ABOUT GENU VALGUM
 
Knock knees occur when the knees angle inward and touch when standing or walking.
 
This places extra strain on the outer knee, disrupts natural lower-limb alignment, and can make walking feel unstable.
 
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard clinical treatment to realign the knees, reduce strain, and support a more natural, stable gait.
 
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
