Understanding Genu Valgum
 
Knock knees occur when the knees angle inward and touch when standing or walking.
 
This increases strain on the outer (lateral) knee, disrupts natural lower-limb alignment, and can make walking feel unstable.
 
Firm arch-support insoles that control overpronation are a standard clinical treatment to realign the knees, reduce strain, and support a more natural, stable gait.
