PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by UK podiatrists
Correct inward knee collapse
Control excessive foot pronation
Reduce knee and hip strain
Improve lower-limb biomechanics
Support long-term joint health
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK university research, these insoles are a clinically proven intervention for managing Genu Valgum (knock knees).
They provide firm, consistent medial arch support to control excessive pronation – a key contributor to the inward collapse of the knees during walking and standing.
By stabilising the foot and rearfoot, the insoles help realign the knees, redistribute ground forces through the lower limbs, and reduce strain on the knees, hips, and lower back.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT GENU VALGUM
Genu Valgum, or knock knees, is a condition where the knees angle inward and may touch when standing or walking.
This can place extra stress on the knees, hips, and lower back.
While the condition often arises from structural or developmental factors, excessive foot pronation can contribute to inward knee collapse and increase joint strain.
Arch support insoles help improve foot posture, support knee alignment, and reduce valgus stress on the lower limbs.
