How The Insoles Work
The built-in 5° lateral wedge supports the outer edge of the foot and helps reduce excessive outward rolling.
This improves ankle stability and keeps the foot in a more controlled position during weight-bearing activity.
Insoles without lateral support will be ineffective.

Understanding Lateral Ankle Instability
Lateral ankle instability occurs when the ankle repeatedly rolls outward, most commonly following previous sprains.
This can weaken the lateral ligaments, reducing joint stability and increasing the likelihood of further sprains, particularly on uneven ground or during changes in direction.
Lateral wedge insoles reduce outward rolling and stabilise the ankle.
