PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Developed by podiatrists
- Built-in lateral wedge support
- Offloads medial knee joint
Reduces joint strain and pain
- Improves lower limb alignment
- Enhances stability and mobility
Designed by clinical experts and based on UK university research, these insoles reduce joint-loading on the inner knee associated with medial knee osteoarthritis.
A built-in lateral wedge improves alignment by shifting pressure away from the medial compartment, helping bring the knees into better balance.
This offloading effect relieves pain, supports joint health, and promotes more natural, comfortable movement.
The insoles will fit perfectly into a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Insoles that do not provide lateral support will be ineffective.
ABOUT MEDIAL KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS
Medial knee osteoarthritis (OA) affects the inner part of the knee and is the most common form of knee degeneration.
It is caused by joint overload, poor alignment, and cartilage wear - leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility, especially after rest or first thing in the morning.
Lateral wedge insoles are a clinically proven intervention.
By improving alignment and reducing pressure on the inner knee, they can ease symptoms, slow progression, and delay the need for bracing or surgery.
