Manages Medial Knee OA
Lateral wedge support
Reduces inner knee load
Relieves pain & stiffness
Maintains joint function
Developed by UK podiatrists
Developed by UK podiatrists and based on UK university research, these unique insoles help manage Medial Knee Osteoarthritis.
A built-in 5° lateral wedge realigns the knees and unloads the inner (medial) compartment, reducing damaging forces.
This helps ease pain and stiffness, and improves mobility and stability.
They fit a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Insoles that do not provide lateral support will be ineffective.
ABOUT MEDIAL KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS
Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee most commonly affects the medial (inner) side of the joint due to wear and tear of the cartilage.
Symptoms include pain, stiffness, and difficulty with everyday activities, particularly climbing stairs.
Pain is often worst at rest or in the morning.
Lateral wedge insoles are a clinically proven intervention that can help manage symptoms in the early to mid stages and may delay the need for bracing or surgery.
CLINICAL PEDIGREE
This is a registered medical device that has been supplied into the clinical podiatry profession for over fifteen years. It has only been available direct to the public since lockdown in 2020.
