How The Insoles Work
They feature a precisely positioned metatarsal bar that lifts and redistributes pressure away from the metatarsal heads, helping to relieve ball-of-foot pain.
Firm arch support and a deep heel cup stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
This reduces forefoot pressure and supports natural foot biomechanics.
Fit & Comfort
Individually sized, these insoles fit a wide range of footwear and feature an antimicrobial top cover that provides grip and acts as an effective moisture barrier.
Understanding Metatarsalgia
Metatarsalgia is a common cause of forefoot pain, felt beneath the ball of the foot as burning, aching, or sharp discomfort.
Symptoms are often aggravated by prolonged standing, walking, or high-impact activity.
Excessive inward rolling (overpronation) disrupts foot mechanics and increases pressure on the metatarsal heads, leading to irritation and inflammation.
Metatarsal bar insoles that control pronation are a standard clinical treatment to redistribute pressure, reduce pain, and restore natural forefoot function.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
