These insoles for midfoot osteoarthritis are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm and accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This reduces stress on the midfoot joints, restores natural foot mechanics, relieves pain, and improves mobility and stability.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT MIDFOOT OSTEOARTHRITIS
Midfoot osteoarthritis occurs when cartilage in the midfoot joints wears down, often accompanied by stiffening of surrounding soft tissues.
Overpronation increases pressure on these joints, worsening pain during walking, twisting, or climbing stairs.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to reduce midfoot joint load, relieve pain, and restore foot function.
