They have a firm and accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the heel and control excessive pronation.
 
This restores natural foot mechanics, reducing pain and strain through the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
 
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
 
Soft insoles that do not provide arch support will be ineffective.
 
ABOUT OVERPRONATION
 
Overpronation occurs when the foot rolls inward excessively and the arch collapses during walking or running.
 
This disrupts normal gait mechanics and increases stress throughout the lower limb.
 
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to restore alignment, reduce strain, and promote healthier movement.
