These insoles for overpronation are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.

They have a firm, accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the heel and control overpronation.

This restores natural foot function and reduces stress across the lower limb - relieving pain, improving mobility, and reducing the risk of injury and long-term joint problems.

Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, the insoles will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.

Soft insoles that do not provide arch support will be ineffective.

ABOUT OVERPRONATION

Overpronation occurs when the foot rolls inwards and the arch of the foot flattens excessively during gait.

Whilst pronation is a normal part of the gait cycle and helps to provide shock absorption at the foot, overpronation transfers this shock to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of the foot, ankle and knee.

This can lead to a number of painful conditions and an intervention is extremely beneficial.

Podiatrists prescribe firm arch-support insoles to control overpronation and restore healthy foot mechanics.
