How They Work
 
The Salfordinsole features a firm, precisely contoured arch and deep heel cup to stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
 
By restoring natural foot biomechanics, it reduces pain and strain across the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
 
This promotes more efficient movement, improved posture, and greater stability during walking, running, or standing.

Understanding Overpronation
 
Overpronation occurs when the foot rolls inward excessively and the arch collapses during walking or running.
 
This disrupts normal gait mechanics and increases strain throughout the lower limb, contributing to conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, and Hallux Limitus (big toe joint pain).

It can also cause knee and back strain, general fatigue, instability, and discomfort in the legs and feet.
