HOW THE INSOLES WORK
 
The insoles feature a firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that support the arch and stabilise the foot during weight-bearing activity.
 
By controlling excessive inward rolling of the foot (overpronation), they reduce strain through the feet, ankles and knees while supporting more natural foot function.

WHAT IS OVERPRONATION?
 
Overpronation occurs when the foot rolls inward excessively during walking and standing.
 
While normal pronation helps absorb impact, excessive pronation increases strain through the feet and lower limbs and reduces foot stability.
