PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by UK podiatrists
Control overpronation
Improve knee tracking
Relieve anterior knee pain
Restore healthy biomechanics
Support long-term recovery
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK academic research, these insoles are an effective intervention for Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS), also known as Runner’s Knee.
Firm, accurately profiled arch support and a deep heel cup control excessive pronation and align your foot, ankle, and knee - improving biomechanics and reducing strain on the patellofemoral joint during walking, running, or stair use.
This relieves pain and supports long-term recovery.
The insoles fit a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT PATELLOFEMORAL PAIN SYNDROME
PFPS is a common cause of anterior knee pain, especially in runners, athletes, and people with increased knee loading from work or activity.
When the foot overpronates (rolls too far inward), it alters knee tracking and increases stress on the patellofemoral joint.
Repetitive loading then aggravates the tissues, leading to irritation and inflammation around the kneecap.
Symptoms typically include aching, sharp, or burning pain around or behind the kneecap, which often worsens during activity.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are an effective intervention.
