These insoles for Peroneal Tendonitis are part of our clinical range and are used widely in UK podiatry clinics.
How They Work
They feature a firm, precise arch and deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This realignment reduces strain on the peroneal tendons, relieves pain, and restores natural foot biomechanics, supporting recovery and improved mobility.
Fit & Durability
Individually sized to fit a wide range of footwear, these insoles are machine washable and are built to last.
You will never need to replace them.
Understanding Peroneal Tendonitis
Peroneal tendonitis occurs when the tendons along the outside of the ankle and foot become inflamed or irritated.
Overpronation, where the arch collapses and the foot rolls inward excessively, increases strain on the lateral tendons and can destabilise the ankle and rearfoot.
Symptoms include pain, tenderness, or swelling along the outer ankle and foot, often worsened by walking or running.
Firm arch-support insoles reduce tendon strain and restore natural foot biomechanics.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
