How The Insoles Work
They have a firm, precisely contoured arch and deep heel cup that stabilise the foot, support the medial arch and control overpronation.
This reduces strain on the posterior tibial tendon, relieves pain, and helps restore natural foot biomechanics.

Understanding Posterior Tibial Tendonitis
Posterior Tibial Tendonitis (PTT) occurs when the tendon that supports the inner arch becomes inflamed or overloaded.
Excessive inward rolling (overpronation) strains the posterior tibial tendon and disrupts natural foot biomechanics.
Typical symptoms include pain and swelling along the inside of the foot and ankle, tenderness when walking or running, and difficulty standing on tiptoe.
If untreated, the tendon can weaken, leading to arch collapse and reduced foot stability.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation reduce tendon strain and support natural foot biomechanics.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
