These insoles for Runner’s Knee are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm and precise arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This restores natural lower-limb biomechanics, reducing stress on the kneecap, relieving pain, and improving functional mobility.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT RUNNER'S KNEE
Runner’s Knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome) is a common overuse injury causing pain at the front of the knee, often during or after running, squatting, or prolonged sitting.
Overpronation alters ankle and knee alignment, increasing stress on the kneecap and surrounding tissues.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to restore alignment, reduce knee stress, and support healthier lower-limb mechanics.
