HOW THE INSOLES WORK
The insoles feature firm, contoured arch support and a deep heel cup to stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This limits excessive inward rolling of the foot and rotation of the lower leg, reducing stress around the kneecap and relieving runner’s knee pain.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will not provide the same level of support or control.
