PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by podiatrists
Relieves knee pain
Reduces patellofemoral stress
Prevents overpronation
Promotes healthy biomechanics
Restores lower limb alignment
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK academic research, these insoles are designed to treat and prevent Runner’s Knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome) by restoring lower limb joint biomechanics and reducing stress on the knee joint.
They have a precise and accurately profiled arch and a deep heel cup that will prevent the foot from overpronating and align your foot, ankle and knee - helping your lower limb to deal naturally with the impact stresses of running.
This reduces pressure on the patella (kneecap), relieves pain, and supports long-term recovery.
The insoles fit comfortably into a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you’ll never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT RUNNER'S KNEE
Runner’s Knee is one of the most common overuse injuries in active individuals.
It typically causes pain at the front of the knee, particularly during or after running, squatting, or prolonged sitting.
A key cause is overpronation, where the foot rolls too far inward - leading to internal leg rotation, poor knee tracking, and excess stress on the patellofemoral joint.
Repetitive impact further aggravates the joint, causing inflammation around the kneecap.
Firm arch support insoles that manage pronation are a standard intervention.
CLINICAL PEDIGREE
This is a registered medical device that has been supplied into the clinical podiatry profession for over fifteen years. It has only been available direct to the public since lockdown in 2020.
