Developed by UK podiatrists
These insoles for Runner’s Knee are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm, precise arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This reduces stress on the kneecap and restores lower-limb biomechanics, relieving knee pain and improving functional mobility.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, the insoles will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT RUNNER'S KNEE
Runner’s Knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome) is a common overuse injury causing pain at the front of the knee, often during or after running, squatting, or prolonged sitting.
Overpronation (excessive inward rolling of the foot) alters the alignment of the ankle and knee, increasing stress on the kneecap and inflaming surrounding tissues.
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation and restore alignment are widely prescribed to reduce stress on the knee and improve lower-limb biomechanics.
