PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by UK podiatrists
Relieve knee pain fast
Reduce knee joint stress
Prevent overpronation
Restore lower-limb biomechanics
Support long-term recovery
Developed by UK podiatrists and based on UK university research, these insoles are a clinically proven intervention for Runner’s Knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome).
Firm, accurately profiled arch support with a deep heel cup stabilises the foot and controls overpronation.
This reduces pressure on the kneecap and restores lower-limb biomechanics, relieving knee pain and supporting long-term recovery.
The insoles fit a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT RUNNER'S KNEE
Runner’s Knee is a common overuse injury causing pain at the front of the knee, often during or after running, squatting, or prolonged sitting.
Overpronation, where the foot rolls excessively inward, alters the alignment of the ankle and knee, increasing stress on the kneecap and inflaming surrounding tissues.
Firm arch support insoles that control pronation and restore lower limb alignment and biomechanics are an effective intervention.
