Offloads the sesamoids
Improves foot function

Helps prevent further injury
These insoles for Sesamoiditis are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm accurate arch profile that will reduce pronation and redistribute pressure across the forefoot, relieving stress on the sesamoid bones beneath the big toe.
This relieves pain, supports natural toe function, and reduces the risk of further injury, helping you stay active and comfortable.
Designed to fit into a wide range of footwear, the insoles will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft insoles that do not provide arch support will be ineffective.
ABOUT SESAMOIDITIS
Sesamoiditis is an overuse injury that causes inflammation and pain under the big toe joint, where the sesamoid bones help absorb weight and assist in toe movement.
Without proper support, continued stress on these small bones can lead to chronic pain, reduced mobility, and further joint damage.
Podiatrists prescribe arch-support insoles to offload the sesamoids and support natural foot function.
