How They Work
 
The Salfordinsole incorporates a built-in 5° lateral wedge to support the outer edge of the foot.
 
This controls outward roll and improves lateral ankle stability, reducing the risk of sprains and promoting natural gait and foot biomechanics.

The insoles are individually sized and designed to fit a wide range of footwear.
 
They are machine washable and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
 
Understanding Supination
 
Supination occurs when the foot rolls outward, increasing stress on the outer foot and ankle.
