Controls supination
Built-in 5° lateral wedge
Improves ankle stability
Reduces joint and arch strain
Restores foot function
Developed by podiatrists and based on UK university research, these insoles are uniquely effective at controlling supination.
Featuring a built-in 5° lateral wedge, they support the lateral edge of the foot and promote natural foot biomechanics - improving lateral ankle stability, preventing sprains, and restoring a natural gait.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Insoles that do not provide lateral support will be ineffective in controlling supination.
ABOUT SUPINATION
Supination, also known as underpronation, causes the foot to roll outward, placing excessive stress on the outer edge of the foot and ankle.
If left uncorrected, it can lead to lateral ankle sprains, overuse injuries and long-term issues with walking and lower limb function. In this respect an intervention is extremely beneficial.
