Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.

UNDERSTANDING PLANTAR FASCIITIS
 
Plantar Fasciitis is the leading cause of heel pain.
 
It occurs when the plantar fascia - the band of tissue running from the heel to the toes - becomes overstretched and inflamed.
 
Overpronation places extra strain on the plantar fascia, leading to sharp heel pain, often most severe with the first steps in the morning or after exercise.
 
Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to relieve plantar fascia stress and restore healthy foot biomechanics.
