ARE THESE INSOLES RIGHT FOR YOU?

These insoles are designed for people who:

  • Experience heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis
  • Feel pain on the first steps in the morning
  • Have flat feet or fallen arches
  • Overpronate when walking or standing
  • Require firm, supportive insoles for everyday use
  • Want an effective alternative to expensive custom orthotics

HOW THE INSOLES WORK

The insoles feature a firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that support the foot and stabilise the heel during weight-bearing activity.

By controlling excessive inward rolling of the foot (overpronation), they reduce mechanical strain through the plantar fascia where it attaches to the heel.

Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

WHAT CAUSES PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, typically presenting as sharp pain under the heel, particularly on the first steps in the morning or after periods of rest.

The condition develops when the plantar fascia becomes repeatedly overloaded, causing irritation where it attaches to the heel.

Overpronation is a common contributing factor because it increases load through the plantar fascia during weight-bearing activity.

Firm orthotic arch support reduces this load by controlling overpronation and supporting the arch.
