How The Insoles Work
 
They feature a firm, anatomically contoured arch and deep heel cup that support the foot and stabilise the heel during weight-bearing activity.
 
This reduces excessive inward foot rolling (overpronation), lowering mechanical load through the plantar fascia where it attaches to the heel.
