COMMON SIGNS OF PLANTAR FASCIITIS

  • Pain after periods of rest
  • Heel pain during prolonged standing or walking
  • Symptoms associated with flat feet or overpronation

HOW THE INSOLES WORK

The insoles feature a firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that support the foot and stabilise the heel during weight-bearing activity.

By controlling excessive inward rolling of the foot (overpronation), they reduce mechanical strain through the plantar fascia where it attaches to the heel.

Soft insoles may feel comfortable initially, but they do not provide the firm arch support required to reduce strain through the plantar fascia.

WHAT CAUSES PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain.

It typically presents as sharp pain beneath the heel, often most noticeable on the first steps in the morning or after periods of rest.

The condition develops when the plantar fascia is repeatedly overloaded, causing irritation where it attaches to the heel bone.

Excessive inward foot rolling (overpronation) is a common contributing factor, increasing strain through the plantar fascia during weight-bearing activity.

Firm orthotic arch support reduces this strain by supporting the arch and improving foot alignment under body weight.
