Key Benefits
- Relieves heel pain
- Reduces strain on the plantar fascia
- Supports the arch to improve foot alignment under load
- Controls overpronation (excessive inward rolling of the foot)
- Improves walking comfort during daily activity
How The Insoles Work
They feature a firm, anatomically contoured arch and a deep heel cup that support the arch and stabilise the foot, reducing excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
This reduces load through the plantar fascia and relieves heel pain during weight-bearing activity.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
Fit & Durability

- Slim profile – fits most footwear
- Machine washable
- Durable, long-lasting design
Understanding Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain.
It presents as pain under the heel, often most noticeable after rest or prolonged standing.
The condition develops when the plantar fascia - the thick band of tissue supporting the arch - is repeatedly overloaded, causing irritation at its heel attachment.
This is linked to overpronation (excessive inward rolling of the foot), which increases load through the plantar fascia during weight-bearing activity.
Firm arch-support insoles reduce this load by supporting the arch and improving foot alignment.
