How They Work
 
Bunions are aggravated by excessive foot rolling (overpronation), which increases pressure through the big toe joint.
 
These insoles feature a firm, precisely profiled arch and deep heel cup to stabilise the foot and control that movement.
 
By improving alignment, they redistribute pressure away from the bunion and reduce strain on the 1st metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint - helping ease pain during walking and prolonged standing.
 
Whilst they cannot reverse the bony deformity, firm functional arch support is a recognised conservative treatment to relieve symptoms and help slow progression - particularly when combined with wide toe-box footwear.
