How They Work
 
The Salfordinsole combines a firm, anatomically contoured arch with a deep heel cup to stabilise the foot and control overpronation.

By improving alignment, it redistributes pressure away from the big toe joint, easing bunion pain during walking or standing.

Although it cannot reverse the deformity, firm arch support is a clinically recognised treatment to relieve symptoms and help slow progression, particularly when used with wide toe-box footwear.

Understanding Bunions
