These insoles are part of our clinical range, used widely in UK podiatry clinics for effective bunion management.
How They Work
They feature a firm, contoured arch and deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation.
This reduces pressure on the big toe joint, helping relieve bunion pain.
Although it cannot reverse the deformity, firm arch support is a clinically recognised treatment to relieve symptoms and help slow progression, particularly when used with wide toe-box footwear.
Fit & Durability
The insoles are individually sized for an optimal, secure fit.
They are machine washable and built to perform consistently, so you will never need to replace them.
Understanding Bunions
Bunions form when the big toe drifts toward the smaller toes and the 1st metatarsal shifts outward, creating a bony prominence.
Inherited foot structure is a common factor, but narrow footwear and overpronation (excessive inward foot rolling) increase stress on the joint and can speed progression.
Common symptoms include:
- Pain and tenderness
- Swelling or redness
- Shoe discomfort
- Gradual worsening of the deformity
Firm arch-support insoles that promote natural foot biomechanics reduce abnormal forces on the bunion and can help slow progression.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
