Understanding Fallen Arches
 
Fallen arches occur when the foot’s natural arch collapses under load and the foot rolls inward excessively (overpronation).
 
This misalignment alters normal foot mechanics and can contribute to a range of conditions.
 
These incude plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, Hallux Limitus (big toe joint pain), knee pain, and lower back discomfort.
 
It can also lead to general fatigue, instability, and discomfort that may extend through the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
