- Developed by UK podiatrists
These insoles for fallen arches are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.
They have a firm, precise arch profile and a deep heel cup that provide structured arch support, stabilise the foot, and control overpronation.
This restores natural foot biomechanics and reduces strain across the lower limb - relieving pain, improving mobility, and protecting long-term joint health.
Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, the insoles will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT FALLEN ARCHES
Fallen arches (acquired flat feet) occur when the natural arch of the foot collapses, causing the sole to flatten toward the ground and the foot to roll inward excessively (overpronation).
This disrupts normal walking mechanics and increases strain on the ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
Common symptoms include arch, heel, or ankle pain, aching or tired legs, and difficulty with balance, walking, or standing for long periods.
If left untreated, fallen arches can cause persistent pain and wider joint issues in the lower body.
Podiatrists recommend firm arch-support insoles that control pronation to restore fallen arches and promote natural foot biomechanics.
