These insoles for fallen arches are part of our clinical range, used widely in UK podiatry clinics.
How They Work
They have a firm, precise arch and a deep heel cup that support the arch, stabilise the foot, and control overpronation.
By restoring natural foot biomechanics, it reduces pain and strain across the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
This promotes healthier movement, improved posture, and greater stability during walking, running, or standing.
Understanding Fallen Arches
Fallen arches occur when the foot’s natural arch collapses under load and the foot rolls inward excessively (overpronation).
This misalignment alters normal foot mechanics and can contribute to a range of conditions.
These incude plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, Hallux Limitus (big toe joint pain), knee pain, and lower back discomfort.
It can also lead to general fatigue, instability, and discomfort that may extend through the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
Firm arch-support insoles that stabilise the arch and control pronation are a standard clinical intervention to restore natural foot biomechanics.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
