How The Insoles Work
 
They have a firm, anatomically contoured arch and deep heel cup that support the arch, stabilise the foot, and reduce excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
 
This improves lower-limb alignment and reduces strain through the feet and lower limbs during weight-bearing activity.
