Key Benefits
- Relieves pain in the big toe joint
- Reduces pressure through the forefoot
- Restores natural big toe movement
- Controls excessive inward foot rolling (overpronation)
- Improves walking comfort
How The Insoles Work
They have firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation (excessive inward rolling).
This improved alignment restores the range of motion of the big toe joint, reduces stress on the joint, and relieves big toe pain.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

- Slim profile – fits most footwear
- Machine washable
- Durable, long-lasting design
Understanding Hallux Limitus
Hallux Limitus is a common condition that causes pain, stiffness, and limited movement in the big toe joint, especially when walking.
Overpronation (when the foot rolls inward excessively) restricts the toe’s motion and increases stress on the joint.
Over time, the joint may stiffen, become more painful, and sometimes form a small bony bump on top.
Firm, arch-support insoles that control overpronation are a standard clinical treatment to reduce joint strain and restore the toe's natural movement.
