PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by UK podiatrists
Unrivalled arch support
Prevents overpronation
Restores big toe joint motion
Reduces joint strain and stiffness
Improves forefoot mobility
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK academic research, these insoles are specifically designed to treat and prevent Hallux Limitus by improving foot posture and restoring natural motion at the big toe joint.
Accurate and consistent arch support reduces overpronation and improves alignment through the first metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint.
This offloads pressure from the big toe, restores mobility, and reduces joint pain and inflammation.
By improving forefoot mechanics and promoting a natural gait, these insoles support long-term joint health and help prevent progression to Hallux Rigidus.
They will fit perfectly into a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will not address the underlying cause.
ABOUT HALLUX LIMITUS
Hallux Limitus is a condition where the big toe joint becomes stiff and painful, especially during walking or running.
A bony enlargement may also develop over the joint.
A key cause is overpronation - where the arch collapses and the foot rolls too far inward.
This flattens the forefoot during gait, restricts big toe motion, and increases load on the joint.
Firm arch support insoles that manage pronation are a standard intervention.
