These insoles for shin splints are from our clinical range which is in use throughout the UK podiatry profession.

They have a firm and accurate arch profile and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control overpronation, reducing stress through the lower leg.

This restores natural lower-limb mechanics, allowing forces to be absorbed at the foot and ankle rather than transmitted to the shin - relieving pain and improving mobility.

Designed to fit a wide range of footwear, they will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.

Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

ABOUT SHIN SPLINTS

Shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) occur when repetitive stress overloads the tissues along the shinbone.

Overpronation increases rotational forces through the lower leg, placing excess strain on the shin during walking or running.

Firm arch-support insoles that control pronation are a standard intervention to reduce shin stress, restore alignment, and support healthier movement.
