ARE THESE INSOLES RIGHT FOR YOU?

These insoles are designed for people who:

  • Experience shin pain during running or walking
  • Have recurring shin splints
  • Overpronate when walking or running
  • Have flat feet or fallen arches
  • Require firm arch support for sport or everyday activity
  • Want an effective alternative to expensive custom orthotics

HOW THE INSOLES WORK

The insoles feature a firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that support the foot and stabilise the heel during weight-bearing activity.

By controlling excessive inward rolling of the foot (overpronation), they improve foot function and help reduce the repetitive loading associated with shin splints.

Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

WHAT CAUSES SHIN SPLINTS?

Shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) are a common overuse injury that develops when repeated loading places excessive strain on the tissues surrounding the shin bone.

Overpronation is a common contributing factor because it alters foot function and lower-limb biomechanics, increasing stress through the shin during walking and running.

Symptoms typically include pain and tenderness along the inner edge of the shin, particularly during or after activity.

Firm orthotic arch support helps reduce this stress by controlling overpronation and improving lower-limb biomechanics.
