How The Insoles Work
They have a firm, precisely contoured arch and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
This improves lower-limb alignment and reduces stress through the shin.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.

Understanding Shin Splints
Shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) are an overuse injury caused by repetitive stress on the shin bone.
Overpronation contributes by altering lower-limb alignment and increasing strain through the shin and surrounding tissues.
Symptoms include pain and tenderness along the inner shin during activity, sometimes with swelling.
Shin splints are most common in runners but can also affect anyone who suddenly increases activity or uses inadequate footwear.
Firm arch-support insoles that control overpronation reduce stress on the shin and restore normal lower-limb biomechanics.
