PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Developed by podiatrists
- Relieves shin pain
- Reduces tibial stress
- Prevents overpronation
- Supports muscle recovery
- Improves lower limb function
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK academic research, these insoles are designed to treat and prevent medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints) by correcting poor foot mechanics.
Accurate and consistent arch support, combined with a deep heel cup, prevents overpronation and stablises the heel - helping to offload the tibialis muscles and reduce repetitive strain on the shin.
This promotes more efficient movement, supports recovery, and reduces the risk of recurrence.
The insoles fit perfectly into a wide range of footwear and will work consistently and indefinitely, so you will never need to replace them.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT SHIN SPLINTS
Shin splints, or medial tibial stress syndrome, involve irritation of the muscles and connective tissues along the inner shin.
They are often caused by overuse, poor foot mechanics, or a rapid increase in activity.
Overpronation (where the foot rolls excessively inwards) is a major factor - it increases the workload on the tibialis muscles and leads to stress where the muscle attaches to the shin bone.
Correcting this with structured arch support helps reduce strain, protect against further injury, and support long-term recovery.
