Unrivalled arch support
Prevents overpronation
Alleviates heel pain
Promotes healthy movement
UK developed & UK made
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK University research, Salford Insoles effectively manage the symptoms of Sever's disease by promoting proper foot biomechanics and reducing strain on the heel.
They have a precise and accurately profiled arch and a deep heel cup that support the functional structure of your foot from the moment of heel strike and throughout the gait cycle.
This prevents overpronation, cups the heel to protect it from damaging forces and also relieves pressure on the Achilles tendon.
ABOUT SEVER'S DISEASE
Sever's Disease is a very common, growth related condition that causes pain in the heel of growing children, particularly those that are most physically active in impact sports.
The external appearance of the heel is usually normal, with pain localised to the back of the heel. During growth spurts, the heel bone is particularly sensitive to impact.
Sever's Disease is much more common in children that over pronate and it isn't uncommon for active, growing children to also develop Osgood Schlatter's Disease.
It is a growth related condition and orthotics should only be needed until growth stabilises.
