PRODUCT INFORMATION
Developed by podiatrists
Unrivalled arch support
Prevents overpronation
Reduces strain on the Achilles
Relieves heel pain
Supports healthy development
Developed by clinical experts and based on UK university research, these insoles effectively manage the symptoms of Sever’s disease by improving foot alignment and reducing excessive strain on the heel.
Accurate and consistent arch support, combined with a deep heel cup, controls overpronation and stabilises the heel.
This restores normal foot function, reduces tension on the Achilles tendon, and protects the growth plate from impact-related stress.
Soft, non-supportive insoles will be ineffective.
ABOUT SEVER'S DISEASE
Sever’s disease is a common cause of heel pain in active children during growth spurts.
It occurs when the growth plate in the heel becomes irritated by repetitive stress and tension from the Achilles tendon.
Symptoms include pain at the back or underside of the heel, which worsens with activity and improves with rest.
Overpronation often contributes by increasing strain on the heel.
It isn't uncommon for active, growing children to also develop Osgood Schlatter Disease.
Orthotic insoles that improve foot alignment and reduce tension on the heel are an effective, temporary solution until growth stabilises.
