How The Insoles Work
They have a firm, anatomically contoured arch and a deep heel cup that stabilise the foot and control excessive inward rolling (overpronation).
This improves foot alignment, reduces strain on the Achilles tendon, and limits repetitive stress on the heel’s growth plate - relieving pain and supporting recovery during growth.

Understanding Sever's Disease
Sever’s Disease (calcaneal apophysitis) is a common cause of heel pain in active children, especially during growth spurts.
Repetitive strain from the Achilles tendon irritates the heel’s growth plate.
Overpronation (excessive inward rolling of the foot) amplifies this stress.
Symptoms include pain at the back or underside of the heel, worse with activity and relieved by rest.
Firm, supportive insoles that control pronation reduce heel strain, improve foot biomechanics, and help children stay active comfortably until growth stabilises.
Some children may also develop Osgood Schlatter Disease during growth.
